Believer, wife, mother, Christian herbalist, teacher, healer, magazine publisher, and more - Jasmine Lucero is a gifted herbalist of more than 20 years and focuses her talents on teaching the Christian community about the amazing healing God provides in His creation!
When she started her herbal journey, there were very few Christian herbalists. Homeschooling had blossomed in the Christian communities over the previous 20
years and the rise of health and nutrition were not far behind. Young women in the church were eager to find ways to minister to their families at home with the plants God gave us to heal and nourish our bodies. Soon after beginning her herbal studies, Jasmine began sharing what she was learning through blogging and her own Facebook group called the Christian Herbal. The number one question she received was, “Where can I learn more about herbal medicine from a Christian perspective?”
This is where the seed was planted for the Christian Herbal magazine. After five years as the editor and writer for another herbal publication, hundreds of hours of herbal education, and countless interactions with clients – her heart was set on bringing her community a beautiful, scholarly magazine that would impart herbal knowledge with a Christian foundation.
It is her hope that her work will be a blessing to the Christian community and bring glory to God!

Maureen Diaz, wife to George and mother to 9 incredible human beings, has spent
most of her adult life searching for accurate nutrition information and natural
healing modalities which correspond with biblical principals. About 25 years ago this
search led her to the Nourishing Traditions Cookbook, the Weston A. Price
Foundation, and Sally Fallon Morell - all of which she is most grateful for!
The Diaz family homesteaded, homeschooled, and home birthed for 28 years where they milked cows, managed a large garden and orchard, raised and butchered their own meat and fowl, while making nearly all of their food from scratch.
Maureen and her family now live on a Virginia mountaintop where she continues to explore, learn, raise a vegetable garden, but sadly there no longer are animals to raise-at least for the moment...
She and her eldest, Erin, formed God’s Good Table in 2021 in order to satisfy their lives’ passion: to share the critical information they have learned over the years with others who so desperately need it!
